Soldier’s Bluff

The pinned location had a locked gate and trespassing signs. Tried to drive down a bit further but encountered a lot more trespassing signs. Perhaps it would have been OK in some areas, but I didn’t see too many camper setups and I didn’t want to risk it for the biscuit. I’d recommend going to another area.

Very overcrowded

This campground is a little bit in the middle of nowhere, but it is free! There are water spigots scattered through the park and a flush toilet nearby. Not very many sites though, so arrive early as they’re not reservable. And if you use solar to boondocks, be aware that many of the sites are full shade.
