All sights have electric, water, septic, a fire ring, and picnic table. We offer four fully self-contained private restrooms, large laundry facilities, and extra-large sites up to 40'x65'. We also have a High-Speed Gen 6 Wi-Fi and don't forget to stop by the office for a complementary cup of coffee in the morning.
Less than 4 miles from downtown Palestine, 7 miles to the Texas State Rail Road, 4 miles to the Dogwood Trails, and under 30 miles to Lake Palestine
