Enchanted Rock is one of the coolest parks in the Austin area. The giant rock outcropping is a blast to hike, and you can't beat the view. The stars there are amazing as well. The lack of artificial lights makes for an incredible star show every night. The park isn't huge however, and I think one or two is probably the best length of time to spend there. For a weekend trip though, Enchanted Rock is great.
