Poor customer service

Poor customer service. First let me say I completely understand the need to have limits on reservation refunds. HOWEVER in the middle of a pandemic one would think if I called and said I tested positive for COVID and am symptomatic a place would have considerations in place for COVD related issues if for no other reason than to encourage people not just show up anyway because they don’t want to forfeit the deposit. But it’s fine because according to the desk agent COVID isn’t an issue there 🤦‍♀️ We camp in the area a lot and always refer good campgrounds to others, sadly I think I will not be sharing my business here.
