We are .5 mile from Francis Biedler Forest and Audubon Center. Everyone rises early on the farm, chickens, goats and donkeys are all very loud to the inexperienced ear. Accordingly, their caretakers hit the rack early; therefore we’ve strict quiet hours after 10pm. Talk and laughing is fine; nothing electronic. Even quiet acoustic guitar is fine, just not the whole band. You’ll love the peace you’ll find here.
