Double Rainbow Farm is located near the rolling hills and forests of northwestern Pennsylvania. The area experiences temperatures ranging from the low 20s in winter to the mid-80s in summer. Campers can explore the nearby Allegheny National Forest and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Kinzua Bridge State Park.

Description

Double Rainbow Farm is a therapeutic and recreational riding Facility For individuals with Disabilities. (Classes Sat .Mornings) we have 60 horses (boarding stable as well) goats, sheep three Pot belly pigs( Stanley ,Spot, n peeps,) two cow's (Betsy n Mooonshine ) some of the animals just roam freely about the farm. if you wish you can participate in the program on Sat mornings or arrangements to ride in the arena. We have 25 acres ,some wooden to roam about. we have rustic Cabins (2) with electric (no indoor plumbing) (at this time) The pond has all types of fish for (catch and release) swimming in the pond is delightful !! Connections with Allegheny Outfitters Canoe rentals along the Allegheny river about 12 miles from the farm. Kinzua Dam ,and Allegheny National forest is in the same area (.Amish community) and during season fresh produce and Amish Donuts on the weekend . you let us know and we will try to accommodate (CLEAN,) Out Houses are close to cabins (no shower at this time)

Perfect for the young and young at heart!

Ashley here with The Dyrt. I'd like to welcome your host, Milton. It was great getting this property on our site. This is a magical place. You will be surrounds by friendly animals, and lots of them! Swim in the pond, hike the close by National Forest, take a farm tour, or just hangout! We've heard Benjamin the horse is the best horse in Pennsylvania! Check them out and leave them some love. You'll be planning your next visit before you leave!
