River Bend Terraces sits along the Chetco River approximately 2.5 miles southeast of Brookings. The established campground provides terraced sites that follow the natural contours of the riverbank. Sites include picnic tables and fire rings, with restroom facilities available on-site. The Chetco River offers direct water access for fishing and swimming during warmer months.
RV sites accommodate units up to 40 feet with electrical hookups. The campground operates seasonally from May through September. Sea Bird RV Park provides an alternative just 0.2 miles south for extended-stay visitors. The location works well for anglers targeting salmon and steelhead runs, as well as campers exploring the southern Oregon coast.
