North Umpqua Highway Dispersed — BLM Swiftwater

Along the forested North Umpqua corridor on OR 138, this BLM pullout sits below the highway on a short spur that drops to a flat, shaded area where the sound of the river carries more than road noise. The access is compact and best suited to smaller rigs. The spot sees occasional transient use — campers should be aware they may not have the area to themselves.
