Description
Tucked off a steep gravel track above OR 138 in the North Umpqua corridor, this BLM pullout sits just above Hill Creek in the forested foothills of the western Cascades. The spot is well-sheltered from highway noise, with traffic thinning out entirely by evening. The gravel climb is manageable for 2WD vehicles and rigs up to around 24 feet, though the grade is real — high clearance or cautious driving is worthwhile.
