NOT a resort! Poorly maintained!

Poorly maintained , old leaves and limbs everywhere. The long term campers are filthy, trashy and encroaching on the grass areas of other sites. Too many vehicles per site, loud vehicles and unsafe driving speeds.  No presence of management.

We have had a nice quiet weekend here

It’s been a nice stay with very little noise. There are only 12 sites for overnight camping. The rest are permanent sites. There is a bath house and laundry available. Very nice for hot showers and private. The town of Marion is very close and a nice place to visit. There is also a Food Lion and several other stores for nearby shopping if you forget something. We rode our mountain bikes on the Lake James state park trail system. It was a 23 min drive.

Clean, Comfortable , & Quiet

We have camped here twice and really enjoy this campground. Most sites are shaded and some back up to the river. Sites are adequate size and gravel; minimal leveling required. Each site has a fire pit and picnic table.

Nice spot for trout fishing

Lots of sites for camping. Pros: nice fishing area for trout. Has a swimming hole for the warmer days. 2 playgrounds for the little ones. Nice bike/hiking trail they leads to the swimming hole. Super friendly owners. Cons: extremely small bath house, that is unisex. Doesn’t really have a store for anything quickly needed. Have to pay for WiFi for each day you stay and it’s not good at all.

Can no longer recommend.

Riverbreeze is conveniently located in Marion, NC. Their primary focus is fulltimers. We made a reservation for one month and were told we had a "pull through" site. We were given what I would call an overnight site. We stepped out of our front door into the road and had no yard area. We moved to another campground after the 3rd night. We will not be going back to Riverbreeze. Our first time here was several years ago. We enjoyed our one week stay on our first visit. I've heard they had to make 3 high water evacuations last year.
