Oak Fern RV Park is a small, owner-occupied RV park situated on 3.5 acres at 122 Overton Pl in the heart of Fletcher, North Carolina. The park offers just four gravel back-in RV lots and is geared toward travelers 55 and older seeking a quiet, low-key stay. It is located approximately 20–30 minutes from Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, Pisgah National Forest, and Chimney Rock.
Facilities
All four sites are gravel back-in lots with sewer hookup (via septic system), a fire pit, and a picnic table at each site. RVs up to approximately 38 feet are recommended; experienced drivers may accommodate slightly longer rigs. There is no on-site bathhouse. A tenant background screening application is required at booking. Trash receptacles are provided at each lot.
