Description
The western rim of Linville Gorge in Pisgah National Forest holds this roadside pullout among the informal dispersed sites that draw visitors hoping to catch views over one of the Southeast's most dramatic wilderness gorges. The pullout itself offers a partial sky-over-gorge view, and a short footpath from the parking area drops to a tent site with a fire ring and a full unobstructed overlook. Cell signal is weak but present.
