Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! 

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night. 

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. 

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location.

If a Tentrr Host submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the host's property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your confirmation email. Your Tentrr Host is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable). Site includes a walled tent with a queen bed for 2 adults.  A domed tent is available for any additional campers.  Bedding for queen bed is optional (for a fee).  See Extras.

Parents with young children please be aware that the Tentrr platform campsite is positioned approximately 40 feet away the Moose River with a 12 ft. drop off.  This site may not be appropriate for young children.

Please Note: The electric company which owns the river controls the flow, but on the weekends they allow a natural flow for the Kayakers. Also when we get a great deal of rain, the river will rise a great deal.

Tentrr Signature Site - Moosetrax Too - Coleman Outfitted Site

Depending on the season of your trip, you will be able to experience our farm operations, and reap the benefits of the harvest. We have 5.25 acres of land, which is 3 acres woodland, and about 2.25 acres of open meadow.

There are multiple sites to pitch a tent in the woods. There are areas that I am designating for small cabin structures, which will be built this year. We could accommodate a small RV, or pop-up camper. We also have a 12'x24' cabin. There is a small oven and a propane grill for cooking. There is solar power, which provides electricity needs. We use Luci Lamps for lighting. They are inflatable, solar-powered lights, made by Mpowerd. Overall, our property is nestled in a very rustic/rural enclave. The property is on a road that is 5 miles long, which only has about 18 houses on it. I find the environment to be extremely serene and rejuvenating.

We are a family campground located on the beautiful eastern basin of Lake Ontario. Bedford Creek combines a 204-site campground on over 57 acres that can accommodate tents to RVs of all sizes. We offer sites for the season, along with stays as short as a night. If you don’t own an RV or tent we rent cabins and RVs to accommodate up to (8) people. Our well-sheltered marina includes more than fifty slips, and we offer boat rentals for adults and kids. A family atmosphere is part of our focus, as we provide plenty for the kids to keep busy with. You will find plenty of additional information on this site, but please contact us if you have any questions you’d like answered, or if you’d like to make arrangements for a stay with us soon!
