Gap Road BLM Dispersed — Florida Mountains

BLM open range spreads wide along the foot of the Florida Mountains here, with Castle Rock and Florida Peak rising to the northwest and west and the broad desert valley rolling out in the opposite direction. Gap Road Southeast cuts through near-empty high-desert terrain with almost no passing traffic, and a large flat pullout offers room for multiple rigs of any size. An unmarked dirt spur departs the pullout and leads roughly half a mile to a secondary camping area, extending the options for groups or those wanting more separation.
