During our recent trip to Las Vegas, we chose to stay at KOA Sam's Town, and our experience was positive overall. The cleanliness of the campground stood out– it was very well-kept and demonstrated an excellent level of care.

One of the highlights for our family was the pool and spa area. Our children spent hours enjoying these facilities, though we did wish for additional amenities, such as a playground to add to the fun.

The customer service was commendable. The front desk staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The proximity to Sam's Town Casino added an element of convenience and entertainment. Although the campground is not incredibly close to the main Las Vegas strip, the casino offers plenty for families to do, so we didn't feel like we were missing out.

On the downside, the sites were pretty tight, which may be something to consider if you value spacious campsites. There were also no campside tables, limiting our outdoor activities within the campsite. However, given the camp's location, it seems the focus is more on encouraging visitors to explore Las Vegas rather than spending all their time at the campground.

Despite these minor setbacks, we would definitely stay here again, thanks to the cleanliness, excellent customer service, and proximity to entertainment. The KOA Sam's Town offers a great base for exploring Las Vegas and provides a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing.
