BLM land at the edge of Nevada's Copper Basin sits at the transition point where the road surface turns rough, putting this pullout within easy reach of the Copper Basin trail network — including the Dill Canyon and Playground loops less than a mile away. The area has drawn some confusion with a nearby private parcel that navigation apps sometimes route to; the correct BLM access begins at the trailhead entrance rather than the paved approach. Cell signal is strong here.
