From the very get go, our lady at the desk to check us in was very winded. It took well over 10 mins to get us set up with all of the information about the campsite that we needed. We were directed to bathrooms far away when they ended up being no further than 20 ft away. Not to mention it took a code to get in, oh right, that wasn't mentioned. Directions to the campsite were wrong, we couldn't use the firewood we brought ourselves and our site didn't have a proper place to park. Everything was just a little confusing and made a bit harder than it had to be.
