Description
Deep in the Blackfoot Valley Conservation Area of western Montana, this cluster of dispersed sites sits just off Garnet Range Road on a narrow dirt spur that loops back to the main road after about a mile. Each of the three fire-pit sites has a distinct character — ranging from open to fully shaded — with quiet nights despite some daytime road noise from Garnet Range Road nearby. The access road is passable for trailers up to roughly 26 feet, though the approach is narrow with low-hanging branches and a slight dip at the entry; trailers should approach from the downhill side to back in cleanly.
