Clear Spring Road Dispersed — Homochitto NF

Open longleaf pine corridor dispersed camping along Clear Spring Road in Homochitto National Forest, southwest Mississippi, offers multiple level clearings with room to spread out, good solar exposure in select spots, and easy access to firewood. The forest road in is well-maintained and handles large rigs without trouble, with enough room to turn around comfortably. A fire ring can be found further down the road, and the quiet here — even near the established Clear Springs Campground — holds through the night.
