Cedar Hill Campground at Whitewater State Park is located near rolling hills and forested areas. Temperatures range from lows in the 20s Fahrenheit during winter to highs in the 80s during summer. Visitors can explore the nearby Whitewater River and enjoy hiking trails within the park.

The Best Camping Near Elba, Minnesota

Park is nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by rocky bluffs with great hiking trails. Campsites are spread apart nicely and some are right along the Whitewater river. The bathrooms are clean and there is a newer shower building. The only drawback is that there is main road that runs in between the 2 campground. Not a lot of traffic but speed limit is 55 mph.

Beautiful location in driftless area valley

Really nice campground in a beautiful state park. There is lots of hiking trails, and a beach to swim in the river. The campground is semi private with lots of trees and shade. The bathrooms are very nice. There are a ton of raccoons however that stole all our food from our sealed plastic tub containers.

Whitewater SP is a great place to spend time. This campground is the older one on the same side as the store/office. They have a beautiful new shower building.
