Snow Lake Kampground

Weekend themes and organized activities define the camping experience at Snow Lake Kampground in Fenwick. This Christian campground operates from May through October with full hookups for RVs up to 65 feet and electric-equipped tent sites.

The campground centers around scheduled weekend programming that includes pony rides, wagon rides, petting zoos, and live music concerts. A pool serves as the main gathering spot, though campers report it gets extremely busy during peak times. The facility includes mini golf, shuffleboard, and a hot tub alongside standard amenities like showers and WiFi. Reviews consistently mention the high number of seasonal campers, with weekend visitors typically assigned sites in the back section of the property.

Site spacing creates close quarters with neighboring campers. The campground enforces alcohol restrictions, allowing consumption only at individual sites rather than common areas. Gabrielle S. notes that "each rv/trailer site is full hookup" with both 30 and 50-amp service available.

Many campers appreciated the family-friendly activities and full hookup sites, though recent feedback indicates declining service quality. Some visitors expressed disappointment with crowded conditions and preferential treatment of seasonal campers over weekend guests.

There are to many rules to keep up with.

This campground used to be great. I don't know what happened I believe they have so many seasonal that they have become the bread and butter. Don't seem to care bout weekender. Every time you turn around there's another rule and/ or fee. It has gotten to the point we no longer enjoy the place. We will never come back! I understand having rules but this is ridiculous. They advertise all these amenities but ya got to pay for it all as well as the site rental. They have gone downhill in customer service. The office staff is very rude as well as the campground seasonal that patrol and watch your every move.

Family centered

Each rv/trailer site is full hookup! Has both 50&30 amp. Tent sites also have water and electric. Has a pool, hot tub, mini golf, shuffleboard, and so much more! A quiet, relaxing place to get away from city noise.

Very organized but busy campground

They were very organized at this campground. Every weekend they have a theme. We stayed when they had the country western weekend. They had all kinds of stuff going on for kids. Pony rides, wagon rides, petting zoo, games and activities. They also had a country music concert in the park one evening. The pool was very nice, but we found at times it was extremely busy. It would of been nice if they had a swimming area on the lake but they didn’t. This is a Christian campground so they are very strict on alcohol consumption. On your site only, but not allowed anywhere else in the park. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

OK family campground

It’s a really fun place for kids with lots going on over the weekend. There’s a decent pool, with a TON of rules. Free putt putt. Nice place for them to ride bikes. But, there are also a lot of seasonal campers. Us common folk are put in the back, which is fine, but the only golf carts allowed are seasonals, so they ride around and it almost feels like you’re being gawked at. It was fun for a weekend, but you’re right on top of your neighbors.

Busy

Great campground if you like busy. They have a public pool that was not the cleanest. Lots to do.
