Of the six parks in the Bluegrass State, Mammoth Cave is the only true national park. This area of southwestern Kentucky holds the best outdoor activities to be found in the state.

If you can’t get a spot in the park, staying in nearby Park City or Brownsville, KY, is the best choice.
