We arrived on Friday afternoon a little before check in time and were allowed to check in and go to our site. We stayed on campsite 61 which is just long enough for a 23ft camper and our truck to park next to the camper. The drop down from the pad was a little steep with no stairs. The campground…

Negatives: This campground is pretty hilly. Many of the spots don't have a great space for a tent. The flattest spots are in the middle of the circle with an open field behind them (but then you won't have any privacy or tree coverage). Even the RV camping on the inside of the loop across from us…

Bathroom facilities leave a little to be desired (out of order equipment, bad lighting) but all that can be forgiven in favor of the setting. All sites here are private and wooded--you won't hear much from the folks beside you as they're going to be 50-100 yards away through decently thick woods.…

Nice park not too far from the marina and boat ramp for Clifty Creek Grotto. Campground rules not enforced at all, so folks put their campers wherever, not necessarily on the pads. No worries about having a wheel in the grass! Bring all the leveling blocks you own because very few sites are level…
We loved our weekend stay at Middle Fork campground. We were at B012 which backed right up to the creek. We had adequate room between the sites and enjoyed the view of the tree lined creek behind us. For those with kids (or for adults!) who love creekin', b27, b28, b29 would have easier access…
Moxley is our favorite place to camp at beech fork. If you have kids it’s a great place for them also! Very clean bath houses and great people.
We're at a primitive site. The hiking trail is right behind our site, which turns out to be in the best shaded sweet stop to keep cool.

It is a great place to camp at. With a tent it gets hot in there but all in all good.
I was going to be in the area for 5 days. I went to the office, asked for 4 nights, I have a 2021 travel trailer. He said "overnight only". Its next to a busy highway.
Paved, well maintained sites but a bit close together. Don’t expect privacy if it’s booked. Reservations close 4 days prior, after that it’s first come, first serve. However, surprisingly very quiet during my visit. Each site has a picnic table, fire ring with grill, and water & electric…
Awesome place with basketball hoops, playgrounds, lake for fishing, kayaking and even hookups for campers. They have a fully-stocked camp store and even have fun themes such as karaoke night! Not to mention it is right outside of DBBB. An issue I had was it does not have dispersed camping (free),…
This campsite was a perfect fit for me, I was passing through on a weeknight and had no problem getting a site without reservation in August. Clean, quiet, and spacious sites, some had great tree cover.
First the good... Park was clean, employees are very helpful. You can get a spot right next to the lake. Now the bad... Not much at the camp store. Verizon service is non-existent. The WiFi only works when you get within a few feet of the office.
Great campground with large sites. Site with water and electric and some without. Bathhouses are the cleanest we’ve seen. The lake is right there and easy to access.

We have stayed several times at the Falls Campground and have always had a good experience. The sites are nice and most have direct access to the creek and beach area. Privately owned so not ruled to death like some state park campgrounds.
