Description
Peaceful Prairie Camping with Water, Power & EV Charging
Escape the crowds and enjoy the quiet of the Kansas prairie on our family-owned, 9-acre campground. With just six spacious campsites, you'll have plenty of room to spread out and relax.
Conveniently located just two minutes from Highways 36 and 383, our campground is an easy stop for road trippers while still feeling wonderfully secluded. There are no neighbors within a mile, making it an ideal place to unwind beneath wide-open skies.
Each campsite is suitable for primitive tent camping, car camping, travel trailers, camper vans, and most towable or driveable RVs. Every site includes:
- Water hookup
- Electric hookup (including EV charging)
- Plenty of space and privacy
An Alaskan-rated outhouse is available for all guests - toilet paper is NOT supplied.
A mature, 40-year-old evergreen windbreak surrounds the campground, providing welcome afternoon shade and protection from the Kansas wind. From sunrise to sunset, you'll enjoy peaceful prairie views and some of the quietest nights you'll find.
Wildlife sightings are common. Keep an eye out for deer, pheasants, quail, meadowlarks, and other native birds as they move through the valley.
Pets are welcome, with plenty of open space to explore. Fresh drinking water comes directly from our private well.
We're a father-and-son operation. David is a retired farmer and lifelong drummer, and Lucas is a traveler and songwriter. If you happen to hear an acoustic guitar drifting through the trees, you're always welcome to stop by and say hello—or simply enjoy the music from your campsite.
**Trash - there is a burn pile you'll see north of the first sites. Please dispose of your trash here.
