About

Unique self park/self pay RV Park. Guests pay at a kiosk located on the front porch of the Campground Office. Someone will usually be at the office during the day. WiFi password and restroom door code provided on paid ticket from kiosk. Video cameras for the entire campground provide excellent security. Security lights dim automatically at 9:30 pm and again at 1:00am. RESERVATIONS available by calling or texting 618-267-5850

Convenient & safe location

I was passing thru Salem & opted to stay at U camp Express RV Park because it was conveniently located right off Hwy 57. There were other options but they were about 17 miles away. The owners, Bill & Becky, were very hospitable & offered a site for camper- vans that don’t need water/electric hook-ups for $35 and they assured me that it was a safe place to park. In addition, the Park was very neat and “homey” with fall decor and the bathroom was immaculate! All said, it was a good value & I would go back.

Big Rig Friendly

This quick stop is perfect for a one night and go. Level and long spots. Nice size dog run with grass!!! A Beautiful fireplace area for public sitting. Each spot has a small picnic table and chimney. Easy check in at the kiosk. Fast food right around the corner and within walking distance if you aren’t my age! It is a no thrills campground but really nice.
