Honeysuckle Campground is located in the Idaho Panhandle National Forests, surrounded by forested terrain. Temperatures range from lows in the 30s Fahrenheit during spring and fall to highs in the 80s during summer. ## Overview

 Honeysuckle Campground is situated in a remote, wooded setting at the confluence of Deception Creek and the Little North Fork of the Coeur dAlene River, 22 miles from Coeur dAlene, ID. It consists of seven single sites, but is rented as a group area for up to 50 people.

 Fishing, hiking, atv or side by side trails, bicylcling, mountain bicycling, bird watching, and enjoying nature. 
## Facilities

 The site consists of 7 single sites and is booked as a group site. It includes water from a hand pump and vault toilets. A fire ring and table is located at each site. 5 sites have 30 foot parking spurs, while 2 sites are only 15 feet long.

The Best Camping Near Hayden Lake, Idaho

The CDA river is incredibly beautiful. This campsite is typically a local party spot. Nice big area for group camping. There is a bit of trash out there left by other campers. One bathroom available but no other facilities. Most sites have a path down to the river. Gorgeous spot but not usually very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Quiet and close to the St. Joe River. There was even a pedestrian access to the river by our site where we could step right into the water!

All sites on the river side of the access road are reserve only, and in peak season it is usually full. There are some walk-in sites as well that are open in the middle of the week.

Electric hook-up an water is available at all reserve sites.
