Orange Harbor RV Resort is a gated, age-restricted (55+) waterfront RV community located at 5749 Palm Beach Blvd in Fort Myers, Florida, situated along both the Caloosahatchee and Orange Rivers. The resort offers 127 full-hookup RV spaces as part of a larger resident-owned manufactured home community, and operates year-round. It is well-suited for active retirees seeking a riverfront setting with strong on-site amenities and convenient access to the Gulf of Mexico by boat.

Facilities

All 127 sites are full-hookup (water, electric, sewer) with 30/50-amp electric service; a maximum RV length of 50 feet is accepted, and approximately 40 pull-through sites are available. On-site infrastructure includes bathrooms, showers, laundry, Wi-Fi at overnight sites, RV storage, propane service, and a dump station. The property is gated with paved roads.

Recreation

The resort features a heated pool, hot tub/spa, fishing pier, two private boat ramps, boat slips, kayak/canoe access, pickleball courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball, a fitness center, game room (pool table, billiards), and a dog park.
