Private property signs everywhere

I checked out this area and the exact place. No trespassing signs everywhere including this particular sight. So many private properties in the area that i gave up camping there

Great view and cozy

This site is pretty open and directly off of a residential road so people pass by occasionally but no one bothered me and everyone seemed pretty used to having campers as they all just passed by and waved. There is a great view of snowcapped mountains and a fire pit at the site. It looks like past campers were here and left a few things and also looks like someone dumps their cat litter here which is a bit gross but the site is mostly clean and the view makes up for it. Slept super comfy and had no problems.
