Description

Perched in the high-country terrain of Arapaho National Forest near Bald Mountain, this small pullout sits along a forest road southwest of Nevadaville at roughly 9,300 feet. The spot is flat enough for a quiet night and well removed from the generator noise of nearby developed campgrounds. The access road beyond the county maintenance line turns steep and rough — high-clearance 4x4 is required, and larger vehicles should not attempt it.
