The Best Camping Near Barstow, California

There are plenty of signs that say no overnight parking but that is for the asphalt. On the southern edge, there is a large flat smooth dirt area that they allow RVs and semi to park in. There is plenty of room. I would stay here again.

Good overnight

Convient stop strait on the road 
In front of the Walmart parking there was a flat terrain with few RVs and tracks that spent the night there. 
There are few panels indicating no overnight staying though 

Spot for over night 

Checked with security. They said to park out on the gravel lot which I did. And I noticed half a dozen or so people parked in the paved lot and didn't seem to get hassled. Lots of lights. The ones on the paved lot were mostly RV's

Ok stop

Stayed overnight in the back of the parking lot that is in front of the store. There were four other RVs, three vans and maybe two cars. 

Arrived around 7 o’clock packed busy parking lot but things really cleared out around 9:30 and we were quiet all night. 

There is a sign as you drive in that says “no overnight parking” but past reviewers have shown it to not be an issue and it was not issue for us. Easy quick night was back on the road in the morning.
