30 AMP ONLY Site; PREFER Minimum 30 day stay. Month to month lease (electricity-billed for usage), with application fee of $45 (for each Tenant over 18), background/credit checks.

However, will consider shorter terms at 50.00 daily rate(electricity usage included).

A quiet semi-private 30 AMP rv space available, on a working cattle ranch, with a beautiful view of creek, pastures and oak woodlands. Only seven miles from downtown Red Bluff.

Well behaved dogs (not aggressive or excessive barking) are allowed ONLY in your fenced in area (you will need to provide kennel or fencing). You are more than welcome to walk on leash near residences area(pick up any poo) and off leash on ranch as long as they do not chase cattle or horses.

Garbage, water, septic included. (month or longer stays electricity-Metered and billed usage due within 10 days upon billing.)

Month or longer stays; Due upon Signing of lease; $525.00, Due by or before arrival Security deposit $1050 (=1375).
