Trailers are not recommended in the Upper Bay View (sites 92-112) and Lower Bay View (sites 113-147) campgrounds.
Cabins have electricity, heating/AC units, and fans. No refrigerator. There are no toilet/shower facilities in the cabin; all rental cabins are a short walk (approximately 500 feet) from a restroom with flush toilets and showers. The Cabins are a NO SMOKING facility. No fires, NO OPEN FLAMES, NO COOKING inside the cabins. In the event of FIRE, exit the cabin immediately. In the event of EARTHQUAKE, take cover in door frame. Do not run outside, as there may be risk of falling trees or debris. Remember to keep your doors and windows locked for security. No pets allowed. Only battery or propane powered lanterns may be used inside the cabin. Do not use gasoline, kerosene, or white gas powered lanterns indoor. Children under 18 years of age must be supervised at all times. Do not clean fish at the cabin. Please use park fish-cleaning stations. Please observe all quiet hours and California State Park rules.

Cancellation policies vary from park to park. Big Basin Tent Cabin, Clear Lake Cabin, Columbia Hotels and Cottages, McArthur Burney Cabin and Samuel P. Taylor Cabin reservation holders will forfeit the first night fees when cancelling 6 or fewer days prior to arrival.
The Discount passes issued by California State Parks are not valid for cabin rentals. There is a $150 damage deposit (payable by credit card or cash only) required upon check-in. Deposit is refundable pending staff inspection and any damages observed to the cabin rental upon check-out.
