Basin Gulch Campground

Within Trinity National Forest, Basin Gulch Campground provides a forested setting along a creek about five miles off Highway 36. The US Forest Service maintains this established campground with basic amenities including toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings, though RV access is limited to rigs under 20 feet due to road conditions.

One camper noted the presence of deer hanging racks and multiple campsites spread through the wooded area, with creek access for water activities. The location serves hunters and hikers exploring the surrounding national forest terrain.
