North Phoenix hosts this established RV-focused campground at $35–$37 per night, with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer at each site. The terrain runs open, meaning little shade or wind protection. A dump station is on-site, and the campground is rated big rig friendly. Campers researching campgrounds near Phoenix will find this one among the more utility-forward options in the area. Those wanting a resort-style setup nearby can compare rates at Desert Shadows RV Resort.
Description
Park your RV or tiny house on my huge North Phoenix lot! Looking for someone that wants to rent out space that includes water and sewage hookups, electric would be overage of previous years cost living solo per month only in the summer. Electric connects to 50 volts, will need adapter for 30. Yard is 9,777 feet with 2 private gates entrance. Right near the Jesus Church at I17 and Greenway, close to the city but quiet and peaceful tucked in the corner. Perfect space for a single RV occupant who preferably has solar panels, is helpful around the yard, taking trash to the curb and chill.
Space open! You'll have run of the backyard as the only landscaping I've done so far is plant a small tree! For water hookups, you will need a very long hose and water splitter. For the sewage hookups, a long hose is best too. I do have padlocks available as well for extra security not that you need it, my corner spot is super safe, quiet and a place to find peace! Service animals allowed.
