We boondocked at this location in January and found the weather reliving from the cold north.  There is water, dump and garbage available upon entering/exiting the property.  There is a large expanse of desert to choose were to set up.  We paid $40.00 for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment of being in the desert.  I will give some advice.  When choosing a spot, look at other RVs in the immediate area, if they have a generator sitting next to the rig, move on.  We moved 2 times before finally finding a spot were we did not have to listen to a noisy generator for hours on end, if not overnight.
