Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel is a full-hookup, year-round RV park located 12 miles east of Kingman, Arizona, just 0.2 miles off Interstate 40 at Exit 66 (Blake Ranch Road). The property sits at a higher elevation than Kingman, offering a milder summer climate, and serves both transient and extended-stay RVers as well as traveling equestrians via its dedicated Horse Motel.

Facilities

The park offers approximately 58 full-hookup sites (30/50 amp, water, sewer) with wide pull-through pads on paved interior roads and gravel site surfaces, accommodating rigs up to 65 feet. Amenities include private shower rooms, a modern laundry facility, a full-service park store, a recreation room, large off-leash dog runs, and propane available near the office. RV and boat/trailer outdoor storage is also offered on-site. The separate Horse Motel area features covered mare stalls, indoor/outdoor stalls, enclosed stalls, and two 50-foot round pens. A private bunkhouse (sleeps 4, linens included) is available as a cabin-type accommodation per Spot2nite.

The ghost towns of Oatman and Chloride are easy day trips from the park. Historic Route 66 runs through nearby Kingman, and the Grand Canyon Skywalk is accessible as a longer day trip.
