What a great little campground nestled in the Williams forest area, about a 20 mile drive from downtown Williams and 15 of those miles are on a well kept dirt road. Super nice camp Host was very helpful.The campsite is very well maintained, a very simple campground surrounding White Horse lake. Clean and well stocked Toilets and water are the basic amenities. We tent camped at what I'm going to say is the best site on the grounds Loop C 58.The campsite had a gravel tent pad, fire ring with grill insert, and a picnic table. The view of the lake was wonderful and we were sourrounded by tall pine trees. A bit of a walk to haul your stuff in, but well worth the extra effort of doing so. We walked around the campground and were impressed on how tiddy it is, and for $25 a night a good deal to be sure. There's some good things to do like 2 hiking trails, fish the lake, you can bring a no motorized boat, paddle broad, or canoe and spend some time on the lake, if you wanna take a drive you are about 1.5 hours away from the Grand Canyon, 20 Mintues from Downtown Williams or Bearizona and 25 mintues from the Deer Farm, all great family fun. While we were their they had an food vendor selling all kinds of food and renting paddle boards, they even sold a few " I FORGOT ITEMS" (toothpaste, ice,bread, etc.) They have a spot till the end of the 2018 summer season, but not sure if they will be back as it all depends on the forestry department. It was nice to have a local vendor close by, instead of tracking into town, and the snowcone were awesome,,,
