BLM Galbraith Lake Recreation Site

Along the Dalton Highway in northern Alaska, BLM Galbraith Lake Recreation Site provides drive-in camping on Bureau of Land Management land from June through September. The campground features widely dispersed sites that give campers substantial space between neighbors, with one latrine serving the entire area depending on your chosen spot's distance from the facility.

Campers need to bring their own firewood since none is available on-site. The area receives minimal traffic, with sounds limited to wind, birds, and the nearby river.
