I had an emergency and had to cancel my reservations for two campers and they would not put my reservation on hold for a later date.

I was not asking for my deposit back, I was only asking to reserve for a later date.

Guess what, they told me I would lose my $165 deposit.

Terrible management and will never stay with this resort again.
