This is a fabulous, clean Forest service campground, with great hosts. It has 30 campsites that are large and feel quite private. It is hard-sided units only (no tents), due to grizzly bears that frequent the area. This is a bummer but a safety issue. The campground is right on the Shoshone river and wildlife sightings are common. It's about 20 miles from the east entrance to Yellowstone.
