Awesome reservoir! Beautiful location. Careful with dogs.

Free public access camping. Many spots right on the water. Great boat launches. Arrive Thursday or Friday AM to get a decent spot.

Sites are all boondocking only although access 8 with the boat launch does have a pit toilet.

If you bring your dog be aware the are has tons of foxtail growing which…

Great Spot for the Price

Full hookups for $25–made it a reasonable choice for a last-minute overnight stay. Within a short distance of Scottsbluff NPS, and that made it convenient for our plans. Try Sam & Louie’s pizza if you’re in town!

Great little city park RV campground

Located in the city park, there are a few tent camping spots and about RV 15 camping spots, some with electric hookups. There is no charge, but donations are accepted. Water and dump stations are nearby. Individual sites are reasonably maintained but could use a little mowing and leveling.…

Cheyenne, WY

We made it around 5. We were led to our spot and given a special adapter to receive 50 amp service. Good. Staff is very pleasant. CG is old and tight. No sewer we we are, but there is a dump. There was a heated pool, that’s all the kids cared about! Lol

Nice & Simple

This camp ground used to be kept very tidy & inviting, which kept us coming back! However, this year the grounds are unkept, the hosts just aren't as friendly and helpful as they have been in the past. A key code is required for access to showers and toilets, however, it is not given to you at…

Nice view of Chimney Rock

Pioneer Crossing is located between Bridgeport and Scottsbluff. It’s a small 15 pull through campground($38/night) with 1 cabin which is $60/night. The sites are gravel and full hook ups and no trees. We pulled up after dark and Jo the owner told us they were full but he offered his field behind…

Nice place to stop

We stopped at the RV park on our drive home and stay for a night. Nice white box with hook ups for water and for power and a nice laundry room close by an offer less than 50 bucks. Scenery off of interstate in Wheatland, Wyoming, it’s not all that pretty but it’s a great place to stay on a drive…

Cool view-not much else

We did not stay here. Arrived at 6:30 and the shop with ice cream and food items was closed. Several hook ups and sites for full size rigs. There is not much else in the area other than the view of chimney rock which was pretty cool. I saw taped to the door two receipts for campground stays. The…

Wonderful spot for either an overnight or extended stay.

This is a large, well maintained, campground situated on a beautiful lake. It is a short hop off from I-80 on state route 30 and could not seem further from the interstate! The only drawback we saw was the trains passing by periodically. There are three entrances, any of which will lead you to a…
