Hiking, fishing, and surfing draw campers to this hike-in stretch of Washington coast within Olympic National Park. The best tent spots sit south of the point, tucked into large driftwood piles along the beach. A freshwater creek runs roughly a quarter mile south of the point, and additional water sources appear along the trail from the La Push access route. Bear canisters and permits are required. Rain gear is worth packing regardless of the forecast. Third Beach Camping — Olympic National Park gives campers a nearby alternative along the same coastline.
