Nice Marina Down A Not So Nice Road

Traveling down this road it is like a wasteland of old boats and parts which could easily stop you from wanting to come out when you see it. But if you do continue you will find the area opens up to the marina area with a bright blue dock and a small store.

The site is clearly marked off the highway with bold signage so you can't miss it. When you get down the road matching signage keeps the brand consistent.

This site is not very large but can accommodate several units right along the shore line. They have bbq grills and picnic tables by the sites and otherwise are pretty bare bones. There is a lot of camping in this area that is without fee, however this site does have a fee because it does offer improved facilities from the community parks which have only glorified port-a potty. Instead this place has flush toilets and a bathhouse of sorts.

The store located on the property has everything from bait to supplies for your camping or boating experience.

I felt this place was great for a short daycation but I didn't love it for camping because it felt more like it would be an outlet for boaters looking to launch than a place that had some isolated camping. For those who want to be close to both it is perfect however.
