Pine to Palm Resort Park is a 55+ age-restricted, resident shareholder-owned RV and mobile home community located in Weslaco, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. Founded in 1970, the park caters primarily to "Winter Texans" — seasonal visitors who spend the cooler months in South Texas — and offers publicly bookable nightly and seasonal RV sites.
