Description
We are a locally owned, small RV park designed for semi-retired and retired individuals seeking a peaceful, long-term stay. While we recommend a minimum stay of three months, we are happy to review shorter arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Our property is easy to access with a spacious horseshoe drive and offers six RV spaces, each measuring approximately 30 feet wide by 40 feet long. Current rates are $575 per month, which includes $75 toward electricity, plus free water, septic, and trash service. Spectrum Wi-Fi is available in the neighborhood for those who wish to subscribe.
Additional amenities include rental storage containers and open-air space for vehicles, boats, or miscellaneous storage. A $250 deposit is required to reserve your spot. We welcome clean, well-maintained RVs and ask all guests to enjoy a quiet evening environment.
Looking ahead, laundry facilities will be available by spring 2026.

We are located 1.5 miles off of Jacksboro Highway (199) on Nine Mile Bridge Road. We are north of Lake Worth, Texas. Take 199 West (seems north!!) and cross over Lake Worth, proceed until you see the Nine Mile Bridge Road exit. Turn left under 199, and we are 1.5 miles up on the right. Close cross road is Tenderfoot Trail.
