I stayed here Late December early January.  The park owner is very friendly.  The monthly rate was $350 Plus electric.  They have back in and pull through sites.  Many long term campers here.  I will add pictures later as I writing this on the computer and pictures are on phone.  Cell phone service is weak but doable.  Campground is about 15 minutes from DT Portland.  Very quiet.  Laundry in on the north end of the property about 1/8-1/4 mile north.  That is also where USPS deliveries go.  Amazon trucks, UPS and FEDX deliver to the site in the park itself.  Water quality and preasure are good.  Electric is stable and no issues.  serew connections are about 6-8" up from ground.
