7IL Ranch is a privately owned working cattle and equestrian ranch in Cat Spring, Texas, set on over 1,100 acres of family land operating since 1856. Located minutes from Interstate 10, it is open to the public for camping, trail riding, and events, making it a destination for RV campers, equestrians, trail runners, and families.
Facilities
The ranch offers 27 RV sites with electric and water hookups (no sewer or on-site dump station), showers and restrooms, a party pavilion, and a gift shop. Equestrian campers are served by 17 horse pens, a round pen, and an arena. Reservations are required and handled through Campspot.
Recreation
Guests have access to 40 miles of well-marked, color-coded trails for horseback riding and running, plus an equine obstacle course. The ranch also hosts weddings, group events, and organized trail races.
