Blake Farms Family RV Resort is a privately owned, family-oriented RV resort located at 1819 West Memorial Highway in Union Grove, NC (Iredell County), just off I-77. The property underwent extensive renovation beginning in 2020 and operates as a gated, full-hookup resort with broad appeal for families and RV travelers.
Facilities
The resort offers 64 full-hookup RV sites (30/50 amp, water, sewer) with both pull-through and back-in pads accommodating rigs up to 70 feet. Tent sites are also available. On-site facilities include a bathhouse with private showers and flush toilets, a laundry room (2 washers/dryers), a country store/coffee shop, and trash pickup. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park.
Recreation
Guests can fish in a dedicated fishing pond, swim at a swimming pond with a sandy beach, play mini-golf, and enjoy a playground with a bounce pad. A beach volleyball court, enclosed dog run, and pavilion round out the amenities. The resort regularly hosts special events, food trucks, and live music, and features an outdoor theater.
