Not a Great Place

This place caters mostly to “permanent” residents. Almost all of sites had separate electric meters and decking built around the front entrance of the camper. A lot of them are old and run down. I only noticed one other short-term camper out of over 100 sites. The bathrooms suck– funky and dirty. There was no toilet paper in the “boys” bathroom. The wading pond was scary. The oxygenator was apparently not working and the water looked polluted. The hookup infrastructure looked relatively new and professionally done, but everything else was fairly funky. They charged me$45 for one night– cash only. It was overpriced for the value received. I have stayed in much nicer places for less. I did not feel comfortable here. My photos make it look much better than my experience of the place. I passed up a lot of sites on Lake Erie to get off the beaten path, but I would not do that again with this place.
