We are a quiet, family-friendly, and peaceful RV park surrounded by nature’s beauty while offering easy on and off access from I-88 in New York’s Broome County. Both the access roads from the highway and our spacious RV campsites are ideally suited for big rigs! Our choice of shaded and sunny sites includes pull-thru sites that are over 60 feet in length, all with easy connections to full hookup utilities.

Quiet with incredible view

Really nice clean and quiet campground. Incredible views. Staff and residents so helpful and friendly. Clean bathrooms and laundry rooms. Was just off season during our trip so sadly we didn't get to try the ice cream...always next time! Full hook ups and wifi but wifi wasn't working too well. Good enough for web surfing on phone but no streaming on TV. Great at&t service. Fantastic animal preserve zoo nearby which is a must visit. Pretty golf course with full bar and food right across the street. Overall one of our favorite stops on our New England trip.

Nice relaxing

Easy access off I-88 friendly owner,friendly seasonal people. Pull thru full hookup,level,spacious. Room for pop up canopy and games. Great views of the mts.No pool but swimming pond which is not real appealing but useable. Very laid back,relaxing vibe. Unfortunatly we were there after a lot of rain from the hurricane,site was wet but useable,not thier fault.Wood/ ice honor system. Would visit again. Stayed in 38ft motorhome

Great place

Got in late, the new owners found a spot for me #81. Very nice couple, mostly older campers in year round RV’s. Very quiet, good showers , very clean. I recommend and I will return.
